Here's the Wolff family recipe: Double the recipe on a box of Streit's Matzo Ball Mix (Did Grandma Eva really use seltzer instead of water?) Refrigerate matzo dough for at least 1 hour Use fat free chicken broth - big cans Add 1/2 cup Chardonnay wine to the broth Season with garlic power and parsley flakes (or press fresh garlic and grind fresh parsley) Put balls directly in the soup - not water Learning to cook all over again.
