Croatia takes to blogging.
CROATIA: While there have always been Croatian bloggers on Blogger, the Croatian blogspace has grown briskly since Blog.hr started in April 2004. Blog.hr's Dalibor Kunić estimates 11,000 weblogs so far. 
30% of Croatia's 4.3 million inhabitants are online (1.3 million). Contrast this with a 76% mobile phone adoption rate.
Dalibor tells a happy story of blogging community. A Croatian teacher posts her horrid workplace conditions (boss, books, facilities). Boss reads about it, threatens to fire her. Blogosphere rises up in support. Rapid job security and vindication. A cross between The Power of Many and We The Media.
